Have reset phone numerous times - still can’t make calls can’t even ring customer services? Help

Have a look at this guide Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

If you need to speak to O2 then you will have to use Skype. All details and numbers are in this guide

Hi Deb. If you've reset your phone, then you may need to download the 02 settings to your phone again. As I don't know what phone you have, I advise you to take it to your nearest 02 store, and ask them to check your phone settings. It's just a suggestion though. I can't guarantee that it will fix things.
