Need to pay oustanding bill

Hello,

 

I need to pay my last bill, i accidently cancelled my direct debit before i realised i had a final bill to pay.

 

I have tried to call, but apprently your lines are too busy and you can get to my call, so it directed me to chat on the internet.

 

Please can we reslove this.

I'm afraid if you can't pay in your 'myo2' then you'll have to stay on the line until an operator gets to your call. I wouldn't pay via live chat, as they're not the best option when dealing with account issues.
