@Seanf21 You need to report the loss to o2 & the police then call o2 & they will block the sim then send you a new one. Once you get the new one. Call o2 to lift the bar from the sim

Ring customer services to block the number and ask for a replacementent sim to be sent , and protect yourself from charges
