Need to know last top-up date in order to keep number..

Anonymous
Not applicable

Just got a different phone and want to transfer my current number.  I filled in a form online and one of the security questions was asking when was the last date I topped up and by how much.

No idea so I just put anything in and submitted the form.  Got an email now saying number couldn't be transferred because security answer didn't match up.

How am I supposed to be able to remember the exact date when I lost topped up? Seriously..

If you have any problems with remembering you will need to contact CS http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Can you  check your texts from when you topped up...or look in MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If you call cs on 4445 they can ask you alternative security questions to get your number transferred.
