Hi All,
How do I change my DOB on my O2 account as its incorrect? This has been flagged up on a credit report that recently came through to me, and this could affect when I need to get a mortgage, so I need to correct this sooner rather than later?
Can anyone help me with this?

You will need to contact customers services to correct this; they are the only team that can adjust the Date of Birth for you.
Contact O2 on 202 from your mobile which is a free call or ring 0344 809 0202 from a landline which is a standard rate call.
