I was in the UK for school and had a Virgin Mobile (now O2) SIM only plan. I have since returned home (Canada) and have been unable to cancel my phone plan. I had thought that it would automatically cancel after 30 days but now I am getting emails about a late fee that I will be charged in 4 days if I do not pay.
I have been trying to get in contact (virtually) with O2 for the last month but have not been able to reach anyone. My phone has not been used the last month either. I'm not sure what to do and the Virtual Assistant has not been helpful as I have not been able to get through to anyone.

Thank you so much! Had to key in some info to get a person (and not automated message) and get transferred a few times but eventually got to the right person to place a request to cancel. I still have to wait for the info regarding paying my final bill and then call back to pay it.
