I lost my phone last phone and reported straight away to o2, but my insurance company is asking proof of usage , and last time phone was used with imei number . How can I get that document For my lost iPhone 11? Thanks

I just tried to ring the customer services right at 8am but lines are off . Can’t get hold to talk to anyone about my problem .

Really need the proof of usage of my iPhone 11 Pro I lost on 9th March !

If you go into My O2 and look under My Orders (Credit @jonsie  for screen shot)

You will see the info you need. If you click on the order number it will give you more iinfo. This can be printed off.

I had similar recently, here is my call history - keep trying, it costs you nothing except your own patience:

Keep ringing, start around 08:15 UK time, and when you hit 1 and 1 (on 202), if you get dumped, try again. Eventually you will get put on the call queue and hear music - then just sit tight. 

 

Might need your phone to be on full charge before trying, if it is a wireless handset.

Cancelling isn't really the best choice in the current situation. EVERY network is struggling with this current situation. You could end up worse than ever.
