Hi, my phone is cut off and I need to pay two months bills,I have been having problems and YES O2 we're told abou it every step of the why, before someone asks. I will be paying them Friday, but how can I if I can't ring O2 up?. Could you please put my account back on just so I can ring 4445, that's all I want to ring. I don't want to pay it online or the post office, I would like to ring them up as I normally do thank you.

If I could have it on ASAP, so can rin up that would be great. Cutting off my phone is fine, bu why the 4445 number.

I provided you with a landline number to call. You don't need your phone for that. Also from the help pages:
How do I pay my bill?
Click Here and sign in to My O2
Click 'Pay Your Bill' under the 'My bill summary' section
Follow the easy step by step instructions

You can also pay using our automated payment line.

Call 2729 from your mobile or ring or 0800 588 4217 from a landline and enter the mobile number you wish to pay
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

Your bill is produced on the 21st of every month. It's always due to be paid 14 days after which will be around the 6th of the month, depending on the number of days in the month.

If you have a direct debit(s) set up, payment will be taken on the due date.

Bill produced date and bill due to be paid by date are not the same.
Also your first bill will always be slightly higher due to a couple of days extra due from when the phone was connected to the network up to the first bill production date.
After the first month it all settles down to normal monthly cycle.
