Dear Sir
I have used I Phone 6 for the last two years and recently upgraded to I phone 7 after finishing the old contract. I want to use the old I Phone 6 with another network Lebara for myself but unable to activate the sim as it reported it needs to be unlocked by the carrier or supporter . I have understood that it needs to unlocked by network operator before i can use the sim card of other network.
I have made an account with 02 today and it showed only the current I phone 7 contract. So i can not fill the online application form to request unlocking the old I Phone 6 from network which i have competeted two years contract this month.
I would really appreciate if you kindly help me on this matter so that i can unlock the old I Phone 6 to use sim card for another network.
Thanks in advance
