Hi I am new in the community I've paid for my contact but just see that it's only free o2 to o2. Network so I lay a lot either I was at 15£ I am now at 24 in 30 min ! So you know if I there are Some contract with o2 including even text to other network xx thank you that is a bit silly if you pay 15 a month and you still have to lay to end to other network.

You've paid for your contract which includes texts which are free O2 to O2

You pay (?) alot , £15 (?) and you've now paid £24 in 30 minutes?

You are asking if there are some contracts that include texts to other networks in its allowancs?

You believe its a bit silly to pay £15 a month and still have to pay to send to another network?

If your a bit confused on what tariff your in and what it includes then I'd suggest calling Customer Services on 202 and they will clarify officially for you.

Most tariff normally include cross network minutes as well as free O2-O2. Check what tariff you are on in My O2.

Some numbers aren't part of your allowance : Special Numbers - O2

Are you on O2 Unlimited PAYG?
If so, you may be better off switching to a Big Bundle tariff.....
