Need help ASAP! How do I view itemised bills from previous months? ie Oct/Nov 2015?

Hi guys!! I really need to view my fully itemised bill from Oct/Nov 2015, as believe my teenage daughter may have been using my phone! As the bill is paid by direct debit, so don't tend to look at it-but now I have noticed that it has jumped from an average of £10 pm (SIM only) to a whopping £150!!! But after trying everything, I can only seem to view the latest bill as itemised, but no previos bills-all I can find is the overall amount, but not itemised usage. Thank you!

It seems the only way to view a fully itemised items for old bills(inc all non-chargable texts/calls, for those interested) is to get customer services and get them to email it to you! WHAT a pain!

Shame it didn't work for you ...Some are lucky. I can get it no problem on my PC

I did say you may have to contact CS if it didn't work....Very annoying really slight_frown
