My iPhone died and will not turn on. Therefore cannot transfer eSim.

You will need to contact Customer Services on 202 or 0344 809 0202

But best bet is to call into an O2 store with photo ID

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
