Hi

 

I need a new SIM as my old SIM and Blackberry has deteriorated so much they aren't working. I don't want to change my contract - just order a new nano SIM suitable for a Samsung J6.

You can get a new sim by popping instore, ordering online https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards

Or by ringing customer services on 202 or 4445

@bartlett you'll need to call customer services to have your data bolt on changed from Blackberry to standard data too or else your data won't work in a Samsung phone.
