Hi

I bought my son who pay as you go sim registered to my account a new iphone xr to replace his iphone 6 which has hardware issues.

As susch I need a new nano sim for it and I am unable to contact via phone, via the o2 app any customer services to order it.

How am I supposed to arrange this in the current climate

The iPhone 4 was the last to use a micro sim. Everyone since than has been nano or nano + eSim.
