Nano sim

Ive upgrade my phone but need a nano sim. I cant contact O2 about it and the shop has closed. I need my phone as I am a frontline worker and cant keep charging up my old phone! Any ideas please.
And I need to keep my old number

Firstly check if you can push out the middle of your old sim to make it smaller.

The only way of getting a new sim is to call O2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

But, if you have sharp scissors and are very careful you could trim down your old sim to fit.

@Lorraine1, @BRY54 Take a look at your sim. If you can see an outline of a perforation, you can pop the nano sim out and use it that way.

Cant push sim out. Does cutting it work?

It would have to be done very carefully.

If it gets damaged you won't be able to do a sim swap when you get your new sim.
