I have just been given a new phone and need a nano sim for it.

I have been given a pay as you go sim with it. My contract is a monthly one.

Can I 'sim swap' the pay as you go to my current monthly number/account?

Or do i need to specifically get a monthly nano sim?

Hi @OJM

you will need a contract sim as it’s different.  Pop into your local o2 shop and they’ll swap it for you for free.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
