Hi there,
I hope someone can help.
I have ordered a new phone - Samsung S9+. As my old phone is S5 mini, I need a nano sim, however there doesn't seem to be an option for me to get a nano sim from o2 at the moment which is a real problem.
Does anyone know how I can get a nano sim and then be able to activate it afterwards?
I am on Pay Monthly and would need a replacement of the same.
Currently the o2 website is being very unhelpful.

You need to call O2
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
