NUMBER CHANGE

Just rang cs to change my number was told she will send me a text with my number on but the call dropped now it says SIM not provisioned?? And I can't ring cs anyone having any ideas

Once the swap completes you will be able to call back for your number.
Just reboot your phone every half hour or so until it connects.
