My wife and daughter have o2 pay monthly contracts. My daughter lives in Bramfield Herts Where there is no reception. When at home if there is an emergency no contact. When my wife is looking after grandchidren she has no contact. My daughter has pointed this out to o2 and their respose is astoundig! Pay up your contract . I thought a contract was between parties in this case O2 cannot provide their part of the contract. So, keep paying us for nothing seems to be nthe attitude of O2.Neither my wife, daughter, or any friends will in future have any dealings with such a heartless company!!! I only hope my daughter and newborn have no emergencies otherwise O2 might suddenly develop a conscience

So o2 know there is an issue and will fix it as soon as they can but will not give updates unless you hit the keep me posted button

But o2 do have a 14 day period to test the network is ok for your area but if you move whilst in contract unfortunatly that is out of there control.
Have you tried the wifi app tugo assuming you have access to wifi at your daughters house?

If you want/need to use TuGo over Wifi the details about downloading the app are here http://www.o2.co.uk/apps/tu-go
If you wish to make a complaint then follow this link http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain
As @adamtemp64 states O2 are unable to give details of when networks issues will be fixed. Masts could be in various places where they need permission to access
