I paid for my bill 2 days ago. MyO2 says I have allowance available but my texts, web or calls aren't working. How can I fix this? I was thinking that there's a specific date I would get my allowance but there is no information about that. I paid my bill late, but I would think after I paid it everything would be fine.

You need to call o2 to resolve this info in contact us at the bottom of the page or 202 from your handset

I've tried calling 202, but it instantly hangs up and ends the call. Where as the contact us section doesnt specify anything about my problem. I don't think this website is useful enough, it is very confusing and has a terrible navigation system as well as misleading/unuseful information.
