Hi there,
I am an NHS GP and our practice is under a huge amount of pressure using telephone triage.
We have a limited amount of outgoing lines so our GPs are having to use our own personal mobile minutes to make calls.
It would be great if o2 as a gesture of goodwill were able to provide me with some extra minutes this month to help make those calls to patients.
I have tried calling through to o2 but have not had much luck getting through.
I am hoping an o2 representative might read this post and get back to me?

From today all O2 tariffs will have unlimited calls.

@George121212 Firstly, thank you for your tireless efforts. You are the real heroes in this crisis. I can tag our admin @Martin-O2 and @Marjo but this is a customer community, so I'm not sure if they can offer any assistance.
Edit: Great news @MI5 O2 needs to publish something to confirm this.
