I have upgraded a few months ago. I was told as I worked for the NHS that I would get a discount on my monthly payments and would be asked to prove this. I find I am still paying the higher amount and haven't been asked anything about my ID. I didn't sign up to pay this much. What or how do I contact 02 to rectify this.

You need to apply for the code and apply it at the start of your contract, within 90 days for O2Open discounts, I think, @Jackie28.
O2 won't chase you to offer it to you, sadly.
You will have to wait now as it has to be done very shortly after you renew. Details below:
