Solved: NHS discount adding to contract

Hi I took out a new contract over the weekend and was told I could add 25% NHS discount once opened. I have just tried to add this via my o2 and the link advised but the code is not adding. says it is not available with this phone?

What phone have you got @Alex26?

The only phone it's not available on is the iPhone 13 Pro Max.

It may take a couple of days to update the new phone on the system.
