Hello @G4Grandad and welcome to the community.
I haven't used NHS Discount personally but you can find some information here on this previous post.

I am not sure this can be used unless your student nurse friends are signed up to the NHS Open scheme?
It could have changed since I last worked in the NHS...but that was originally the case. Friends and family could use your code....but as I say, they had to have applied for it in the first place...

Thank you for your prompt advice. Over read through everything you sent me and the answer seems to be "Maybe". The sales guy just said he needed a name if an nhs worker, the normal credit checks for a new plan and it would be set up but "if 02 needed any further details they'd get in touch with me." After reading what you sent me I'm taking that to mean he'd have made a sale and I'd have to deal with any negative consequences. If it sounds too good to be true,it usually is. I won't be renewing.
Sounds a bit like a sales pitch to me, given the info I posted above....:smileysad:

To clarify you may want to speak to O2 Customer Services which is 202 for Contract http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
Or maybe @Anonymous who works for O2 but posts in a personal capacity can comment.
