Hi, can anybody give me some advice?? I have taken out a new o2 contract via carphone warehouse for an i phone 5. I telephoned o2 to ask if I would be able to get NHS discount, to which they replied "yes". They then sent me a message with an NHS discount code and told me to take it to my nearest 02 store to apply the discount. I visited the store the next day and gave them the NHS code and they applied it successfully. I received another message the following day from o2 Open saying "Great news! we have added a discount to your account. You will continue to get this until your next upgrade." I
I have since received my first bill with no discount attached to it. I telephoned o2 and they said I wouldn't get the discount because it is not a refresher contract and that I took out the contract via carphone warehouse. My argument is o2 gave me the discount code in the first place, so therefore give me false information and secondly, why did I receive the text message saying my discount had successfully been applied. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told they would only tell me the same, that I would not get the discount. Can anyone help me please?
