Whenever I load the myo2 app to pay my bill it says they are doing maintenance and to try again later. Its been doing this for about 4 days now. I've cleared cache etc but it still won't work. Is there a wider issue with the app?

No issues that we on here are aware of.
Try deleting the app and reinstalling it
If you have tried the web site online and that is still giving you the error message it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
