I haven't logged into MyO2 for a while, and wanted to check the billing history.
MyO2 recognises me, but says I have no products or services.
I am near the end of paying for a phone (monthly), and pay monthly for my O2 account.
Where have my records gone?

You've been moved to the new system and your log in has reverted to the original email address allocated by O2, which no one knows!
Get a new email address not used on O2 and contact them to change it for you.
