I ordered my upgraded near a month ago , I called this week to see where it was? I was told it’s on it’s way. My sister got her upgrade in two days. I am not happy as I have been waiting this long. I am aware of a hold up on postage but near a month is not good enough when my sister got hers in two days.

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
