This has just happened to me too! 29 days til upgrade to handset 2 days ago, yet today it says 3 months and 28 days! Tried calling they have no idea and insist it’s always been 6 months despite me having proof it wasn’t! Never paid late, my credit score remains the same too. Can you please look into this too @Thomaso1 ?
