My tariff

Yesterday I changed to a tariff of unlimited calls and texts and 6gb data which was discounted to £16/month . When I checked today I am being invoiced for £26/month. I can’t find a number to call, and the on line chat advice is always busy. How do I challenge and correct this?

Hi @Anonymous the discount will show as a bolt on in your myo2. You will always see the full price though
