I want to change my tarriff to something lower to save me money. My bills with o2 have been rediculously high. I would like someone to
Look into this too I feel I have been paying too much

If you are on Refresh you can flex your tariff to suit https://www.o2.co.uk/refresh/flexible-tariffs 

For any other change it would involve you paying your device off and going for sim only. If you are struggling with your bill comtact O2 and ask for Payment management
