I phoned up o2 today to change my tariffs the call took 3.hours on two of my lines

*********** & ************. They were changed to sim only tariffs please can I changed them back to the tariffs they were in I don't want them to be sim only deals please contact me on ***********

Unless you have a phone with the deal it is sim only.
