I got my son an upgrade on his phone and couple wks ago.and they want 86pnd bill paid then a 180 pad paid aswel.why r these so high when his monthly bill shud b 41pnd.

Please when you're upgrading you have to make sure you pay all outstanding balance for your device plan.
Also upgrading will mean you have to pay an upfront which you selected as 180£ and £41 each month

I never picked a 180 upfront cost tho.does that mean I have 2 pay this every month or can it be changed
