Hey,

 

My son send picture text messages to some contacts and i was charged, I was not aware of my son was sending picture messages until i got bill. What can you suggest i can do in this case? I am trying to contact o2, they drop call, they only accept calls for new contracts or upgrades

Not knowing he was doing it is not much of an excuse @ehson.
You can try calling customer services and they may credit for some of the charges but as he sent the messages they are under no obligations.
Look below for a link to some help (numbers to call and times).

My suggestion would be to pay the bill and disable the mms option on his phone so no others can be sent. 
You can also ask customer service to apply a spend cap on the account to stop any additional charges in future.

As well as the link to customer service provided by @gmarkj There's this alternative if you want to discuss your issue with customer service. Below is the advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
