This is a community forum of customers like yourself and unfortunately we cannot access accounts to check the progress of orders.

You may have been referred for credit checks etc so you need to call customer service to check please.

Give customer services another call, not chat early morning 08.00am best time.
Try to get an understanding of what is happening.
