My signal is getting worse

My 02 signal is getting worse and if often out of signal at home.  I never had this problem until about 12 months ago.  I have an iphone 5  postcode LE16 9SH

They might be doing maintenence in your area... you can check signal in your area here

You look to be miles from a transmitter, despite O2 showing good indoor and outdoor coverage, your nearest mast is Orange/EE.

We have been with 02 for many years. Our service has been dreadful since December. I jave reported it to them 8 times; on each occasion they tell me a mast is faulty and they claim they are working on it- this is clearly a lie as there is never any improvement. You are useless O2 and I will leave you soon unless you get this sorted out!!!!!!!

It seems there are many masts out of action in London. O2 clearly don‘t care. i have written to complain but no one ever replies- let‘s all leave this iseless amateur company!
