I ordered a phone yesterday I’ve got an email with my order number but no delivery or despatched details like it’s took money out my bank for upfront cost but heard nothing. Can’t get into o2 live chat so basically this is my last resort when I ordered it yesterday it said it will be here today but like I’ve said not heard anything

You need to call O2.

Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402
