Depending on if you are on Pay Monthly or Pay and Go. You should be able to change your plan via the MyO2 app or by phoning 202 (Pay Monthly) 4445 (Pay & Go) or popping into one of our stores.
If you are unable to do this, the best option would be to contact one of the upgrade team on one of the numbers above.
