How do I change the name and direct debit on my account

And I have had money taken out of my account by a 88222 number how do I stop it

 You should also ring Customer Service and ask them to place the following bars on your account:

Bar all Direct to bill debits

Bar Premium rate numbers

PSA has the number as Tap2Bill

You need to contact them and ask for a refund and to stop your subscription
