Hi I had a late bill so I paid it over the phone and it said if I pay my full bill the. I will get full usage of my phone back within 10 mins but it has been half hour I have even restarted my phone and still nothing

@Alunbooth02  Keep restarting the phone, but I'm guessing it's possible that because of the time of night that you paid it won't register on O2's systems until morning. You can call customer service from 8 am for free from any phone on 0800 032 1402 if your service hasn't reactivated by then. 

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
