Are you using the same sim card as your previous contract or a new sim?
If new, is it activated?

We need to know if there are any network issues reported in your area, if anyone else is having network issues, if your sim works in another phone etc but maybe best for you to call into your local o2 shop for them to check your phone and contact to see if there are any problems.
