I have received texts on the same date every month for psn Sony 6.99 charge

You can ask O2 to bar ay further charges. 

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

You can also speak to Sony to find the details associated with your subscription which should give you a clue as to who it is.
