This is a forum used by O2 customers like you ,apart from a couple of site staff.

If it's a general enquiry that does not need the accessing of your account then we may be able to assist and guide you.

If access to your account would be required then you would need to contact O2 yourself via ;

Contact Customer Service Number

From your O2 mobile 202 > Free

From a landline 0844 809 0202 > 5p / min


Payg Customer Service.

From your O2 mobile 4445 > 25p per call. (Free via some payg tariffs.)

From a landline 0844 809 0222 > 5p / min

You cannot be identified from your username so no one would be able to contact you anyway.
