This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202

or 0344 809 0202 (or Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )

Once you get to the place in the guide shared by @Cleoriff above, @JosephGlidden2, there will be a Payment History section showing all your payments to date as well:

Any pending payment amounts will show in top right of the area I highlighted in green too. Good luck!
