Yes I do, and you don't work for 02. Thank you for advise. Now I would go through to the payment line which says 0.00 is due and yet, here I am days later as there is no HUMAN to speak to on the payment line. . Waiting for a 02 representative to answer our questions, it is very frustrating, very! I am a care worker and I need my phone for work. I need it for colleagues and clients to ring me. I need it for maps too to find my new clients houses. And I also need it for excel. So someone needs to answer me, a o2 representative not a automated system
