If you've been cut off it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for service to resume once payment has been made. Try turning the handset on and off again. If there is still no service after 24 hours you'll have to contact customer services on 202 or 03448090202.

Unfortunately this is not something anyone can do from the community forum as we cannot access your account. This can only be done via customer services on 202 or 03448090202.
If other services have resumed and your data hasn't, have you double checked your data settings on the phone are turned on?
