Solved: My phone been cut off??

My mobile phone has been cut off due to use adding the next bill onto it that isn't due to the 22nd November? Very angry customer. I need my phone for hospital and doctors due to me having cancer. I also have 2 kids in school which no one can contact me if they need me. I can't get calls or messages or even make them.
