I ordered my new phone yesterday and I’ve still not have a text or email to say it’s been dispatched what do I do?

@Pug202 There's nothing you can do until you're sent an email with a tracking number. There's every chance that your phone is out of stock.

Everything running slow at the moment.

Give it a bit longer.

You can chase it up by calling Customer Services but you will not get a quick answer on the phone because they are short staffed etc.
