Hi Guys, wonder if anyone can help I did an order with o2  last Friday the 24th April for one day deliver as mentioned when I did the order, I had a chat with the care team Saturday and everything was ok " order accepted the guy said and I haven't heard from the o2 since, I managed to speak with someone Tuesday and he told me the order still in the wherehouse I tried to  Contact them again it's almost impossible to speak with costumer services. 

🤷🏽‍♂️ Really bad communication, I have been with ok for 12 years and this is the first time their comunication is so bad even understanding the current situation they should let me know what's going on.

Have you had the contract emailed to you and opened all the links?

You need to wait until you receive a dispatch email with a tracking number. Until you get that you need to accept that the phone is probably out of stock

If You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

I'm sorry but you just have to keep calling O2. There are numerous numbers in this guide. Use any of them. Press ANY option
