I ordered an Apple Watch the other day and I’ve had an email back saying it’s out of stock however the upfront cost has been taken out of my bank, I haven’t been told when I’ll get my watch or anything and I’m worried more payments will come out before receiving it

The money will be reserved in your bank. If your order is cancelled it will be returned to you within 5-7 days.

How can I cancel my order? I’d rather just cancel the order on the watch and try and get one in store, it will be easier

If not, you'll need to return it under the change of mind policy https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-change-of-mind-policy
